Hybrid have long been associated with a cinematic style of writing since the band’s debut album in 1999, which introduced the Russian Federal Orchestra to the world of electronica. They’ve recorded classical and filmic elements for each of their four acclaimed studio albums and have toured extensively around the world’s most celebrated venues and music festivals.

The score to Dead in Tombstone represents an interesting mix of electronic music and conventional orchestral score. It's a sound that works incredibly well and delivers some great segments of music.

The album contains 20 tracks, representing just under 1 hr of music. And what the group excel at is writing engaging suspense music. The best of which are housed in 'Stay Sharp Guerrero' and 'The Chase'. If you want quirky then there's the funked up western theme that's housed in 'Beat The Devil's Tattoo (Hybrid Dead In Tombstone Mix)'.

This is a gem of a score and I'll be looking out for Hybrid's output in the future.
