Sony Classical release Hans Zimmer's score for Kung Fu Panda 3. When Po's long-lost panda father suddenly reappears, the reunited duo travels to a secret panda paradise to meet scores of hilarious new panda characters. But when the supernatural villain Kai begins to sweep across China defeating all the kung fu masters, Po must do the impossible - learn to train a village full of his fun-loving, clumsy brethren to become the ultimate band of Kung Fu Pandas...

You'd think, being such a huge name in Hollywood, that Hans Zimmer would have shied away from composing the music for the third movie in the Kung Fu Panda franchise, or at the very least he'd have taken the money and phoned it in... but you'd be very wrong. Zimmer turns in some impressive themes and set pieces and appears to have had a blast in the process.

The album contains 23 tracks (1 hr, 09 min, 17 sec) and includes two impressive covers of Carl Douglas's 1974 hit 'Kung Fu Fighting'. The first is 'Kung Fu Fighting (Celebration Time)' sung by the Metro Voices London and Shanghai Roxi Musical Studio Choirs. The second is performed by The Vamps.

Personal favourite tracks include the beautiful 'Portrait of Mom'; 'The Dragon Warrior'; and 'Father and Son'.

Zimmer really delivers something rather magical here.
