Silva Screen Records release an update to its 2012 Super Themes album. This release is more than just an update to Super Themes. It strips out some of the slightly substandard themes (Danger Mouse, Smallville and Wonder Woman) and introduces more epic themes from the Marvel and DC universes. In total the album, which is spread over two discs, contains 45 songs (2 hr, 37 min, 43 sec).

To be perfectly honest, if you own the previous release I'm not sure whether it's worth buying this edition (although you can check the track listing here to make up your own mind if there's enough new material). This is more of a collection for those that don't generally buy soundtracks. Overall it represents a good collection of themes and the recordings are pretty faithful, for the most part, to the original recordings.
