writing is as strong as we've come to expect from this series
and the art work is incredibly detailed. The characters introduced
in this series are also well handled - there's no flat, two
dimensional characters here.
the subject of the art work, it reminded me a lot of some
of the intricate work that was produced during the '70s when
the Star Wars movie was originally released. The comic
book adaptation of A New Hope, while a little dated
now, was incredibly well illustrated - with more detail than
was really necessary for a series that was really aimed at
children. Anyone who remembers the excitement of reading those
collections will get the same experience from reading this
is one series that serious Star Wars fans need to add
to their collection.
