of the Slayer Vol 2 picks up where Vol 1 left off
- a collection of short stories telling tales of slayers across
the ages. Their lives were all very different, and these stories
all grip you in their own little ways. There's a pirate, a
1940's P.I., a Slayer that got married and had kids, as you
can tell a real mixed pot!
Also,
the mix of authors brings something to this collection. You'll
see the names of well known Buffy authors, but also
some new names - including that of Todd McIntosh, more well
known for his Buffy make-up skills than his writing.
Volume
2 is an easy to read book, and definitely worth taking
a look at. If you've read the first one, you'll love this
just as much, and if you haven't well it's about time you
got yourself a copy!
