fabric of space and time itself is in turmoil, disrupted and
torn by time anomalies resulting from Galvatron's dabbling
with past and future. Transformers from two eras collide in
an attempt to save the entire universe, pitted against two
halves of the same whole - Megatron and Galvatron...
if you are in your mid to late 20's then you will remember
fondly the Transformers toys, cartoon series, comic
book and movie. Any older than this and you'll remember the
Transformers as babyish (come on, you were way past
playing with toys when these came out) and any younger and
you're likely to ask what on earth were Transformers?
seem to be making a bit of a comeback recently, and reading
the latest graphic novel from Titan it is not difficult to
see why. While the artwork is nothing special, the scripts
are well above the head of the average 10 year old. And that
is why most 20-somethings will look back fondly on this collection
- it never patronised them. The plot is complicated enough:
Autobots and Decepticons from two eras join forces to defeat
a common foe - Galvatron. And to add another level to confuse
you, Galvatron teams up with his former self, Megatron. Confused?
Then you are probably too old!
these stories for the first time - I was too old when they
were originally printed - I can honestly say that I missed
out on an intriguing series.
