An unidentified inter-orbital ship appears on the
Ilea's scanners. There are no liners due from Earth, no space tugs from Mars. The ship is coming from a sector of Jupiter System that would not normally be watched... almost as if it had something to hide...

Volume 9 of Jupiter Moon contains the episodes 56-60. If you haven't been following series, here is not the place to jump in.

I strongly disagree with the quotes on the back of this DVD. According to DVD365.net Jupiter Moon is a "lavish space drama". I don't think anyone could accuse this series of being lavish. And the BBC's website described it as "scary". Honestly, the things people will do to get their website's mentioned on the back of DVD covers. Jupiter Moon is a cheap and cheerful, no frills, soap opera set in space. Nothing more, nothing less.

Extras include an interview with Anna Pernicci; At the Studio with Anna Pernicci and Daniel Beales featurette; Shooting a Scene featurette; Basics of space navigation by Mercedes Page; production notes; and an Easter Egg.

It never tries to be Shakespeare, thankfully. And, in all honesty this is a show with poor production values, but good, solid writing.

This is a collection only for those who remember the series when it was originally broadcast, or who have been following it as it has been released on DVD.
